We are happy to deliver medicines to your home free of charge after we have given you advice. We are happy to welcome you personally at the St. Jakobs pharmacy for consultation; however, in urgent cases, consultation can also be made by e-mail or telephone.

What is Netcare?

netCare is a new type of medical service. Without an appointment you can get a special medical consultation in our pharmacy, as well as help with illnesses and minor injuries. Based on a scientifically developed questionnaire, our pharmacist decides whether to dispense a drug (including prescription drugs) directly, consult a doctor by phone or refer the patient to another specialist.

So far, netcare has been able to provide uncomplicated clarification for 24 different illnesses, the most common of which include:
