From mild wintertime moods to full-blown winter depression, in technical jargon SAD Seasonal Affective Disorder, light therapy helps wonderfully. 1/2h - 1h of light from a strong light therapy lamp per day is enough.

Portion of medication.

Do you have trouble taking your medication? No problem, we have the optimal solution: thanks to the Pharmis medication portioning system, you can fill the medication into so-called weekly dosets or weekly blisters. This is done with the support of the health insurance.
