This service is available to any person, child or adult, who wishes to continue their hospitalization at home, surrounded by family and friends. The home pharmacist will bring all the "care equipment" and "medicines" you need into your home, at no extra cost.

So your treatment can continue safely and effectively from the moment you arrive home.
We do everything we can, in collaboration with existing homecare structures, to facilitate the return home of hospitalized patients whose state of health so permits.

It is essential to us that this step is taken as quickly, safely and efficiently as possible.
