We vaccinate people 16 years and older with Moderna. We are now offering walk-in vaccination appointments (exception Friday 08/10/21). You must bring your health insurance card and official identification to your vaccination appointment.

Covid 19 - Tests with official Covid certificate

• **Covid rapid antigen tests will be subject to a charge from October 11, 2021, if you require a Covid certificate with QR code.
• Children and adolescents under 16 years of age and persons who cannot be vaccinated (medical certificate) are exempt from the cost.
• For those who have been vaccinated once, the test costs will still be covered by the federal government until the end of November (official proof of vaccination must be brought along).
